Refund Policy

Returns

I hope you love your piece, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

To request a return, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

As ceramics are fragile, I recommend using a tracked and insured service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

I will be happy to offer a replacement (where possible) or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, I will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

Custom or commissioned pieces
Made-to-order items
